Why We Run

Every mile funds a paycheck.

Ri's Coffee was named after Mariah — a young woman with cerebral palsy who is non-verbal. Her life is a daily reminder that everyone has value, purpose, and something to give.

Today, Ri's creates meaningful, paid work for adults with developmental disabilities: a place where they are seen, valued, and given room to grow. Your registration directly funds training, job coaching, and paid shifts for the team.

Event t-shirt (size selected at checkout), bib number, water stations on course, a finisher's medal, and the post-race celebration.

The 5K is a measured 3.1-mile course for runners of all levels. The Community Walk is a shorter, fully accessible route. The Kids Mini Run is a short, fun course where every kid crosses the finish line.

Yes — fully. Routes are wheelchair- and stroller-friendly, with accessible parking and restrooms on site. Email info@riscoffee.com for specific needs.

Free parking in the Living Streams Church lot at 7000 N Central Ave. Accessible spaces are clearly marked.

Day-of pickup opens at 7:00 AM at the check-in tent.

Fees are non-refundable but fully transferable. Email info@riscoffee.com and we'll move your spot to someone else.

Yes and yes. Leashed, well-behaved dogs are welcome, and the routes are stroller-friendly.

The event runs rain or shine. In severe weather, participants are notified by email and social media.
